About the Role
Nuñez and DobleImpact are looking for a creative, organized, and equity-minded Social Media Intern to join our team this summer. You’ll help us tell the story of our brand, our work, and our community impact across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, storytelling, and digital communications—especially someone who wants to learn how social media works inside a bilingual, mission-driven creative agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support content planning and publishing for Nuñez and DobleImpact social channels
- Assist in drafting copy and designing assets using Canva or similar tools
- Help build out a social content calendar and track engagement
- Research trends and opportunities in multicultural marketing and design
- Attend internal meetings and contribute ideas for campaigns
You Might Be a Good Fit If You…
- Are passionate about marketing, storytelling, and social impact
- Have a strong sense of visual style and a creative point of view
- Are comfortable using tools like Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and Buffer
- Are bilingual (Spanish/English) or have cultural fluency (not required, but a plus)

Web Development Intern (Summer 2025)

About the Role
Nuñez and DobleImpact are looking for a Web Development Intern to help maintain and enhance our agency websites and client web projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on a variety of bilingual, purpose-driven sites and contribute to our digital storytelling efforts.
This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about accessibility, clean design, and the backend/frontend process of building sites that connect people across languages and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating Nuñez and DobleImpact websites (Webflow + Wordpress)
- Support development of landing pages, content blocks, and forms
- Help troubleshoot bugs or layout issues on both internal and client projects
- Assist with basic SEO and performance audits
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging
You Might Be a Good Fit If You…
- Have some experience with HTML, CSS, and website builders (e.g., Webflow or Wordpress)
- Enjoy problem-solving and iterating on web-based content
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Are familiar with Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack
- Value social impact, equity, and inclusive digital experiences

Junior Designer Intern (Summer 2025)

About the Role: Nuñez and DobleImpact seek a passionate Junior Designer Intern to join our creative team. You’ll support visual storytelling, branding projects, and bilingual content design. Ideal for aspiring designers interested in meaningful projects that amplify social impact and multicultural engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visual elements (logos, graphics, illustrations)
- Support design layouts for digital and print materials
- Implement revisions based on feedback
- Help manage digital assets and organize project files
- Participate in design reviews and creative brainstorming sessions
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
- Have strong graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
