Meet Bella - Social Media Intern

If you see an Instagram Reel or LinkedIn post from Nuñez or DobleImpact in the next few weeks, chances are Isabella Gianna DiIorio had a hand in it. As our Social Media Intern this summer, Bella is diving deep into content strategy, bilingual storytelling, and platform experimentation. After helping our partners strengthen their social profiles, we're FINALLY investing in the internal glow-up we so desperately need.
Bella's work is helping us connect more intentionally with our audience—through thoughtful posts, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-savvy storytelling that feels human and bold. Get to know Bella, their inspirations, and how they’re thinking about social impact through the lens of social media.
Tell us a little bit about you.
Hi! My name is Bella. I’m a native Rhode Islander with a passion for telling stories through advertising, and making a positive impact with my work. I also enjoy being active, painting, and gaming!
What are you most excited about for this summer internship?
One of the things I’m most excited about is that I’ll be able to contribute my skills to a creative and collaborative team in this industry! I’m so eager to learn more, adapt, and be able to work on social media marketing related tasks for this company.
What strengths or skills are you looking to improve over the next 3 months?
Some strengths of mine that I’m looking to grow and improve over these next 3 months include creative problem solving, copywriting, and content planning!
Why did you choose to apply for an internship with Nuñez?
I chose to apply for this internship at Nuñez because I admire the work being done. I admire the fact that an agency is willing and eager to help anyone and everyone they can. I was looking for a creative, mission driven agency, and believe I found exactly that.
What does social impact mean to you?
Social impact to me means making a positive impact within the communities and lives of individuals I interact with. I believe it’s about using resources and ideas to address social challenges, and contributing something bigger than yourself.
